“ I had the pleasure of hanging out and dining at 506 Bistro & Bar. Dave at the bar was so personable and professional. Service was exceptional. Drinks and food were great! I highly recommend this place. The only recommendations I can make is a sign on the road because if I wasn’t staying at 506 On the River, I feel as though I wouldn’t have had the please of finding this amazing spot. I also dined at the bar during the Kentucky Derby and there was no television to watch it on! Other than that, I highly recommend this bistro! ”

“ We didn’t have reservations and luckily were able to eat at the bar. David the bartender was great and accommodating. The chicken Marsala and meatloaf were enjoyed. Nice atmosphere! We were told the restaurant was fully booked for a table but during our time there it was clear that the restaurant was not fully booked. Unfortunate. ”

“ Always a wonderful meal and great service while visiting Woodstock! Our server, Ryan, was super friendly and professional. We started with the Harvest Salad with butternut squash and an apple honey vinaigrette , which was wonderful. I had the chicken Marsala for an entree - excellent! My husband had the steak which was cooked perfectly. Both dishes came with mashed potatoes (yum!) and beets (I have a new love for beets ) The peanut butter pie for dessert was amazing! Next time I’ll be ordering my own slice. Highly recommend while visiting Woodstock! Thank you, Ryan, for a great dining experience - looking forward to out next visit! ”

“ We’ve been vacationing this week in Woodstock and found 506 Bistro by searching Google. We are beyond lucky we found this place! Honestly, this was by far the best meal we’ve had in the area, and probably one of the very best meals we’ve ever had. It’s that good! I had the sea bass, my father had the scallops, and my mom had the short rib ravioli. We were all overly impressed with the presentation, great service by Ryan, and the flavors - everything was cooked to perfection and sooooo delicious! We’re bummed we didn’t find this place sooner! Baron, the chef, is a master of his craft, and we’re looking forward to our next trip to the Woodstock area in the fall. ”
